The Nike Air Max 97 ‘Bred’ dresses the vintage running shoe in a sleek all-black upper, featuring a breathable mesh base with wavy leather overlays inspired by water ripples. The monochrome design is interrupted by an Air Max-branded heel tab and crimson mini-Swooshes embroidered on the tongue and quarter panel. Lightweight cushioning arrives via a black polyurethane midsole, fitted with a visible Air unit that runs the length of the waffle-traction rubber outsole.
